At MWC, HMD unveiled the Amped Buds, wireless earbuds with a 1,600mAh charging case that doubles as a Qi2 wireless power bank for emergency phone charging. The buds offer ANC, an equalizer and Environmental Noise Cancellation, but initial hands-on tests raised concerns about fit and functionality.
HMD also introduced the Fusion X1, a teen-focused smartphone in partnership with Xplora, featuring parental controls, location tracking, a 108MP camera and a 5,000mAh battery. A FC Barcelona edition was also announced.
Additionally, HMD revealed three retro feature phones: the HMD 130 and 150 Music and the HMD 2660 Flip. Pricing and availability details are yet to be announced.
