Apple may debut a new smart home platform called homeOS at WWDC next week, according to a recent trademark filing. The OS could launch alongside a rumored new device called the HomePad or serve as a rebranding of existing software for Apple TV or HomePod. Whether or not the hardware appears, WWDC is likely the stage for introducing homeOS.
