Apple’s first foldable iPhone is reportedly set to launch in late 2026, featuring a 24 MP under-display selfie camera — a major upgrade over past attempts like Samsung’s 4 MP version in the Z Fold 6.
According to a JP Morgan leak shared by Max Weinbach, the device will also include a 24 MP outer selfie camera and 48 MP wide and ultrawide rear sensors, though it won’t support Face ID.
The use of under-display camera tech suggests Apple aims for a fully seamless inner display, potentially inspiring future Android foldables to revisit the idea.
