Google Drive is adding Audio Overviews, a Gemini-powered feature that creates 2–10 minute podcast-style summaries of PDFs. Available via a new button in the Drive PDF viewer, it converts long documents into spoken summaries saved in a dedicated Drive folder. The tool, currently in English only, boosts productivity and accessibility by letting users quickly grasp key points. It’s rolling out to Workspace Business/Enterprise Standard & Plus plans, as well as Google One AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
