Samsung is reportedly planning to integrate Perplexity AI into Bixby, similar to how Apple uses ChatGPT with Siri. Bixby would handle simple tasks, while Perplexity manages more complex queries. The upgrade is expected to debut with the Galaxy S26 series. Samsung has been in talks with Perplexity for months and says Gemini won’t be the only AI assistant on Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S26 lineup is set to launch early next year, slightly later than usual.
