A new report from Korea suggests Samsung’s next foldables will be lighter without major compromises. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is rumored to weigh just 200g, down from 215g on the Fold 7, while packing a larger 5,000mAh battery.
The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is also said to slim down significantly, dropping to 150g from 188g, making it far more pocket-friendly. Despite rising component costs, both phones are expected to keep the same pricing as their predecessors.
