The majority of his pay came from stock awards, along with a $3 million salary and performance-based incentives. Other compensation covered items such as security and private air travel, which Apple requires for safety reasons.
Apple also outlined pay for its senior leadership team, with most top executives earning between $22 million and $27 million in 2025, primarily through stock awards and incentive compensation. The company’s annual shareholders meeting will be held virtually on February 24, 2026.
