Luna has unveiled a major upgrade to its Luna Ring Gen 2, adding voice control that lets users log daily habits – like meals, drinks, workouts, supplements and even moods – simply by speaking.
The smart ring already tracks key health metrics such as heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep, skin temperature, hydration and fertility data. With the new voice AI, users can also create workout and nutrition plans, get real-time coaching during exercise, and review health insights afterward.
The Luna Ring Gen 2 offers 4–7 days of battery life (up to 30 days with the charging case), works with both Android and iOS, requires no subscription and is water-resistant up to 50 meters. It’s priced at $330/£300 and is available through Luna’s online store.
