Ultrahuman has launched the Ultrahuman Photon, a new red light therapy device that is available for pre-order at $249. The company says this makes it significantly cheaper than most similar devices on the market.
The Photon uses 12 LEDs that emit two wavelengths (660nm and 850nm), targeting skin health, collagen support and muscle recovery. It can be used alone or paired with Ultrahuman smart rings, such as the Ring Air or Ring Pro, to provide personalized session recommendations based on sleep, heart rate and recovery data.
Through the app, users can follow guided protocols for recovery, skin, sleep or general wellness, with suggestions on timing and duration. The device is portable, weighs around 600g, and supports USB-C charging for multiple sessions per charge.
Pre-orders are open now, with shipping expected next month.
