Yelp and OpenAI are expanding their partnership to let ChatGPT users book restaurant tables or join waitlists directly from a conversation. The feature works with restaurants in the US and Canada, while reservation changes must still be made through Yelp.
OpenAI has also partnered with Resy and OpenTable to bring similar booking capabilities to ChatGPT.
