Apple’s major Siri AI overhaul in iOS 27 is only available on newer hardware. Compatible devices include the iPhone 15 Pro and newer, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPhone 18 and iPhone Duo, as well as the iPhone Air.
On iPad, Siri AI works on M1 iPad Pro and iPad Air models and newer, plus the iPad mini with A17 Pro. On Mac, all models with Apple silicon are supported.
For Apple Watch, Siri AI requires a compatible iPhone and works on Series 9 and later, Ultra 2 and later, and Apple Watch SE 3. All Apple Vision Pro models also support Siri AI.
Some advanced Siri AI features, such as fully customizing the assistant’s voice, are limited to even newer and more powerful devices.
