Apple has introduced the HomePod mini 2, its updated smart speaker featuring the S10 chip, enhanced Siri AI capabilities and a new Sound Glow effect that reacts to music. When paired with an Apple TV 4K, users can connect up to four speakers for a surround sound experience.
The speaker retains the original design but adds pink and green color options, alongside blue, white and midnight. Siri AI can use personal context to help with tasks such as setting reminders and finding information. Pre-orders start at $149, with in-store availability beginning October 30, 2026.
