Android developers are bringing iPhone Duo-inspired features to foldable devices. The new app Foldy recreates the iPhone’s StandBy-style tent mode, displaying the time, calendar information and Android widgets. Another app, Foldman, turns a foldable phone into a retro Walkman-style cassette player, with YouTube Music integration.
These apps show how Apple’s entry into the foldable market could inspire more creative software experiences across Android devices.
