A lawsuit against Osom Products, Inc. alleges that CEO Jason Keats misused company funds for personal expenses, including purchasing two Lamborghinis, funding his racing hobby, and covering his mortgage, according to Android Authority. The lawsuit, filed by former chief privacy officer Mary Stone Ross, also claims Keats unsuccessfully tried to sell the company to HP and then attempted to pivot the business to developing an “AI-powered camera.” Ross is seeking access to company records to support these allegations.
