Analyst Jeff Pu reports that Apple’s upcoming iPhone 18 Fold will use a hybrid titanium–aluminum frame, with earlier leaks describing it as resembling two iPhone Airs side by side.
The foldable is expected to feature a 5.5-inch outer and 7.8-inch inner display, lack Face ID, and instead include Touch ID. It will also drive major software changes in iOS 27, optimized for the new foldable form factor.
Launch demand for the iPhone 17 remains strong, while the iPhone 18 Fold is shaping up to be Apple’s first true foldable device.
