Samsung is reportedly planning to raise prices on select premium phones in South Korea starting April 1, amid ongoing tech component shortages driven by AI demand.
The increases would affect higher storage versions of the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy S25 Edge, with 512GB models rising by about $65 and the 1TB Fold 7 by around $130. Entry-level 256GB models are expected to keep their current pricing.
For now, the changes appear limited to South Korea, but a wider global rollout is possible as tech prices continue to climb.
