Samsung has unveiled Project Luna, a concept AI companion robot showcased at Milan Design Week 2026. Unlike the previously promised Ballie, Luna is not confirmed for release and is being positioned purely as an experimental concept.
The device features a round display with a movable head and a playful, animated interface. It’s designed to act as a central AI hub that can seamlessly shift between devices like TVs, speakers and projectors, reflecting Samsung’s vision of “communal AI” across the home.
Samsung also teased other AI-driven concepts, highlighting a future where AI moves fluidly between devices rather than being tied to a single screen.
