New images published by Bloomberg offer an early look at Apple’s redesigned Siri experience coming with iOS 27. The update reportedly introduces a new Siri interface integrated into the Dynamic Island, alongside a chatbot-style app similar to ChatGPT and Gemini.
Users will be able to activate Siri by voice, the power button or a new “Search or Ask” interface accessed by swiping down from the top center of the screen. The feature will support app controls, messaging, web searches, calendar actions and AI-powered responses displayed in rich text cards.
Apple is also said to be testing support for third-party AI services like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, allowing users to route requests directly to external AI agents from Siri.
Other rumored iOS 27 upgrades include customizable Camera app widgets, AI grammar tools and new photo editing features such as Extend and Reframe. Apple is expected to officially unveil iOS 27 at WWDC on June 8.
