Google’s upcoming Pixel Drop update has been partially revealed through early promotional ads, highlighting new features such as Screen Reactions and Gemini Omni-powered tools. Screen Reactions, first shown at The Android Show in May, lets users react to content on their screen and is expected to arrive on Pixel devices ahead of Android 17’s broader rollout.
The ads also showcase Gemini Omni’s AI capabilities, including music generation and creating videos from multiple types of media. While some Gemini features are already available to paid subscribers, Google appears to be including them as part of the next Pixel Drop experience. Although no official release date has been announced, the update is expected to arrive soon.
