A new report suggests OnePlus may soon confirm its withdrawal from the US and European markets. According to WinFuture, OnePlus and parent company OPPO are expected to announce major strategic changes this week, with OnePlus shifting its focus to markets such as China and India.
The report claims that remaining OnePlus inventory in the US and Europe will be sold off without replenishment, although the company will continue providing software support and updates for existing devices throughout their lifecycle.
The news follows months of rumors, including reports of employee departures, reduced operations in some regions and broader restructuring efforts involving OnePlus, OPPO and realme. Neither company has officially confirmed the reported plans.
