Apple has hired Scott Tucker, Meta’s former deputy general counsel and litigation chief, as vice president of global litigation and financial services.
In this newly created role, he will oversee commercial and patent litigation worldwide, as well as legal matters related to Apple’s financial services. The appointment is part of a broader restructuring of Apple’s legal leadership under general counsel Jennifer Newstead, with other executives also taking on expanded responsibilities.
