Google Wallet gets a new stacked card design

Google Wallet for Android is rolling out a redesigned way to access payment cards, replacing the previous carousel with a stacked layout. The homepage now shows one full card and part of a second, while tapping or swiping down opens a larger view of the cards.

Users can still reorder cards and set a default payment card through “Manage payment methods.” A new settings icon provides access to card details and transaction history, adding an extra step compared with the previous design.

The redesign is more convenient for one-handed use and is now becoming more widely available through a server-side update.
