A hacking group known as “BYOD” has published records belonging to 3,615 Trump Mobile customers on the dark web. The leaked information reportedly includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, order histories and cancellation records.
The hackers claim they gained access through a remote access trojan (RAT) installed on an employee device at Liberty Mobile, the MVNO partner operating Trump Mobile’s network.
The leak also reportedly contains information from customers who abandoned their sign-up process. However, data related to Trump Mobile T1 phone orders is not included. Trump Mobile has yet to issue an official public response.
