Samsung survey reveals what Europeans want from their smartphones

A Samsung survey of 5,001 consumers across five European countries found that 66% chose their current smartphone with a personal interest or future ambition in mind. Battery life was the biggest frustration, cited by 36% of respondents, while 27% avoided mobile banking in public due to privacy concerns.

For their next phone, 22% prioritize speed and performance, while 20% want to do more without switching to a larger device. Younger adults are also more open to alternative designs, including foldable phones and thinner, lighter devices.
