Apple recorded its highest-ever global smartphone revenue for a third quarter, according to Counterpoint Research. The iPhone’s average selling price reached a record $1,031, up 19% year-over-year, driven partly by higher iPhone 18 Pro prices. Apple captured the largest share of global smartphone revenue, while Samsung remained the shipment leader with 22%, narrowly ahead of Apple at 21%.
