Microsoft has introduced an official Copilot bot in the messaging app Telegram, allowing users to search, ask questions, and converse with the AI chatbot. Currently in beta and free for mobile or desktop users, Copilot for Telegram operates like a regular chat within the app. Identified by the username @CopilotOfficialBot, this feature requires users to share their Telegram phone number with Microsoft. Copilot can handle text requests, search the internet, suggest movies, generate workout routines, assist with coding tasks, translate conversations, and find quick facts, but it has a daily limit of 30 interactions. Microsoft is increasingly integrating Copilot into its various services, including business applications and Microsoft 365, with a paid version available for $20 a month.
