OnePlus has unveiled the Nord 6, a new mid-range phone aimed at global markets, despite reports of scaling back in key regions.
The standout feature is a huge 9,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, capable of fully charging in about 90–100 minutes. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip with up to 12GB RAM, delivering strong performance and up to 165fps gaming in supported titles.
The device features a 165Hz AMOLED display with high brightness and adaptive refresh rates, plus extras like an in-display fingerprint sensor and wet-touch support. Despite the large battery, the phone remains relatively slim and lightweight.
Other highlights include IP68/IP69 durability, a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 32MP autofocus selfie camera and OxygenOS 16 with AI features. It will receive four Android updates and six years of security support.
The Nord 6 launches first in India starting at around $420, with Europe expected to follow soon.
