Clicks has showcased a working prototype of its Communicator smartphone, first announced at CES 2026. The device features a physical keyboard, a 4.03-inch OLED display, Signal Light LED, dedicated prompt key, fingerprint scanner integrated into the spacebar, dual speakers, triple microphones and SIM/microSD card slots.
A preview of the software reveals a Niagara Launcher-style interface focused on favorite apps and quick access to media controls. The Communicator is still in development, with launch planned for Q4 2026. Clicks is aiming to keep the smartphone’s starting price at $499 despite rising component costs.
