Honor has officially unveiled its futuristic Robot Phone in China, featuring a built-in gimbal camera designed for photography, video creation and AI-powered interaction.
The phone packs a 200MP 1/1.28-inch main camera with a tiny titanium 4D gimbal, which Honor claims is the smallest in the industry. The gimbal supports 4K video, voice controls and AI-powered subject tracking, while the camera can move and react using more than 100 different expressions.
The Robot Phone also features a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, 50MP ultrawide camera and a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with up to 6,800 nits of brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Other highlights include a 7,060mAh battery, 120W wired and 50W wireless charging, MagicOS 10 based on Android 16 and professional video features developed with ARRI.
Prices start at CNY 9,999 ($1,482), while the 16GB/1TB version costs CNY 12,999 ($1,927). Sales in China begin August 18, with international availability still uncertain.
