Motorola has unveiled the Signature 27, the first smartphone announced with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. The flagship features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 910 main camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens and an unconventional multi-camera rear design.
The phone also introduces Motorola’s new ArcticMesh cooling system, combining thermal gel, liquid metal, copper mesh and a 3D vapor chamber. Audio is provided in partnership with Bang & Olufsen, making the Signature 27 the first Motorola smartphone to carry the B&O branding.
Motorola is promising seven years of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. The Signature 27 is expected to launch globally in 2026 in PANTONE Coal Smoke and PANTONE Capulet Green.
