Samsung is expanding the stable One UI 9 rollout to more 2025 flagship devices in South Korea, with the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 now receiving the Android 17-based update.
Galaxy S25 users coming directly from One UI 8.5 are getting a much larger download of around 3.85GB, while beta testers only need a roughly 535MB update. The Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 are also receiving the stable release, initially for beta participants.
The update includes the September 5, 2026 security patch and Samsung’s latest One UI 9 and Galaxy AI features. Following the Korean rollout, the update is expected to reach other markets, including the US, soon.
