Apple has reportedly increased iPhone Duo shipment targets from 9.7 million to 14 million units for the first 12 months, following stronger-than-expected pre-order demand for its first foldable iPhone. Delivery estimates initially slipped as far as late January, prompting Apple to ramp up production.
Early users still face limited third-party app optimization, although developer support is improving. Meanwhile, Apple is reportedly testing iPhone Duo 2 prototypes with Face ID.
