At WWDC 2025, Apple unveiled major updates across its ecosystem. All operating systems now follow a yearly naming convention (iOS 26, macOS 26, etc.) and adopt a new “Liquid Glass” design. iOS 26 features redesigned Camera, Safari and Phone apps, while iPadOS 26 adds advanced multitasking and a version of Preview. macOS 26 (Tahoe) upgrades Spotlight and gains the new Games app.
Messages now supports chat backgrounds, polls and better group features. Apple Vision Pro adds PSVR2 controller support and new navigation options. AI-powered Apple Intelligence can analyze what’s on your screen, translate calls and messages live, and is open to developers. AirPods gain camera control via taps and improved voice recording. watchOS 26 introduces a wrist flick gesture and AI-powered Workout Buddy.
