vivo has officially launched the X300 Ultra globally, marking the first time its flagship camera-focused Ultra series is available outside China.
The phone keeps the same specs as the Chinese model, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 6.82-inch QHD+ OLED display, a large 6,600mAh battery and fast 100W wired / 40W wireless charging.
Photography remains the highlight. The X300 Ultra features a 200MP main camera with Sony’s new LYT-901 sensor, a 200MP periscope lens and a 50MP ultrawide camera. It also supports optional external lenses, including a 400mm telephoto extender for up to ~33x lossless zoom, along with advanced video features like 4K/120fps Log recording and custom photo profiles.
The device runs Origin OS 6 on Android 16, with five years of OS updates and seven years of security support.
Pricing hasn’t been fully confirmed in Europe, but the 1TB version is listed around €1,999. Pre-order deals in select countries include free camera accessories and extended warranties.
Alongside it, vivo also introduced the more affordable X300 FE, a slightly downgraded model with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and lower-end cameras.
