Meta’s smart glasses will track your nutrition data

Meta is adding new AI features to its Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and Oakley Meta smart glasses, including the ability to track what you eat.

Using a voice prompt or photo, the glasses can log meals and extract nutrition details into the Meta AI app, helping deliver personalized food recommendations. Meta also plans to introduce automatic food tracking in the future using the built-in camera.

The feature will roll out soon in the U.S. for users 18+, with support for display-equipped glasses arriving later this summer.
