Samsung has expanded its specialized Ocean Mode camera feature to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra via an Expert RAW update in One UI 8.5 Beta.
Originally developed for coral reef research on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Ocean Mode improves underwater photography with automatic color correction, reduced motion blur and interval shooting options.
While now available to more users, Samsung cautions that the phone’s IP68 rating only protects against fresh water — using it in salt water could still cause damage.
