Sony’s upcoming flagship phone, the Xperia 1 VIII, has leaked again, this time through what are claimed to be official renders shared by leaker Roland Quandt. The images show the device in three colors: Graphite Black, Iolite Silver and Garnet Red.
A previous Amazon listing also revealed key specs, including a 6.5-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, “Xperia AI,” a 3.5mm headphone jack and a battery said to last two days. The phone is expected to feature ultrawide, main and new 70mm telephoto rear cameras.
Sony has confirmed the Xperia 1 VIII launch for May 12, with a livestream planned on YouTube. The leaked pricing suggests the phone could cost around €1,869 in Germany and £1,728 in the UK.
