Samsung is reportedly planning a major expansion of its foldable lineup in 2027, with five Galaxy Z9 models expected.
The lineup could include the Galaxy Z Fold9, a new wide foldable designed for video, Galaxy Z Fold9 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip9 and a new Galaxy Z TriFold. The rumored video-focused foldable would use a wider display to reduce black bars when watching movies and TV shows.
Samsung is also expected to continue the Galaxy Z Flip series, while the cheaper Z Flip FE is reportedly being discontinued. The new TriFold could also receive a wider global release than its experimental predecessor.
