Apple has introduced the Apple Watch Ultra 4 with a new Health Sensing System and S11 chip, bringing more accurate heart-rate tracking, more frequent HRV measurements and a new Readiness score that helps users understand whether they should recover, pace themselves or push ahead.
Battery life has also been significantly improved, reaching up to 50 hours for everyday use and up to 45 hours during extended outdoor workouts with GPS and heart-rate tracking. Apple also claims the Ultra 4 offers its most accurate GPS and step tracking yet, while 15 minutes of charging can add up to 18 hours of battery life.
The S11 chip enables new Audio Intelligence features, including Sound Recognition, Live Rewind, Siri Recap and Shazam. The watch also gains Siri AI through watchOS 27, along with a redesigned app grid, new one-handed gestures, smarter widget suggestions and Workout Buddy improvements.
Apple Watch Ultra 4 comes in natural and black titanium and is available for pre-order now, with sales beginning September 18. Pricing starts at $799.
