Apple is reportedly working on an upgraded HomeView smart home display with a larger 9-inch screen mounted on a robotic arm, allowing it to swivel and follow users around the room. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the device could launch in 2027 or 2028 and cost more than the current model. The improved version is also expected to recognize who is speaking, addressing some of the original HomeView’s limitations.
