Taction Technology has asked a court to award additional damages and ongoing royalties from Apple’s iPhone and Apple Watch sales following a $5.7 billion jury verdict.
The company is also seeking interest dating back to April 2021 and royalties on newer devices, including the iPhone 18 Pro and Apple Watch Series 12. The case remains unresolved, as the judge has yet to enter a final judgment and Apple is seeking to overturn the verdict or obtain a new trial.
