According to Ross Young on X, Samsung plans to launch a slimmer Galaxy Z Fold6 alongside the Galaxy S25 series in early 2025. The Z Fold6 will feature a larger display but will be thinner due to the omission of the S Pen digitizer, meaning no S Pen support. The first batch of foldable panels will arrive in Q4 2024, with the device expected to be available in Q1 2025, priced similarly to the Z Fold6. Samsung is expanding its foldable lineup to maintain its market edge, with additional models like the more affordable Galaxy Z Fold6 FE and Z Flip6 FE also in development.
