The Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses are receiving a v11 software update, introducing Shazam integration for identifying songs via voice command, “Hey Meta, what is this song?” This follows earlier Apple Music integration, enabling hands-free music control.
The update also adds new AI features, including Live AI for real-time assistance without repeated wake commands and Live Translation for seamless conversations in different languages. These AI features are currently in beta for Meta’s Early Access Program users.
The update begins rolling out today. To install, use the Meta View app, ensure your glasses are paired, charged and nearby.
