Foldable iPhone could receive a slightly smaller display

Apple is reportedly preparing to launch its first foldable iPhone in 2026, featuring a 7.58-inch inner display with a 14.1:10 aspect ratio and dual 48MP rear cameras. The design will likely resemble an iPad’s rectangular layout rather than the squarish look of Samsung’s foldables. The hinge may use a unique “liquid metal” material, with a titanium frame. Expected to be priced between $2,000–$2,500, the iPhone Fold won’t follow an annual release cycle. Production prototypes are still pending.
