OPPO phones will soon support AirDrop via Quick Share

OPPO has confirmed that its upcoming OPPO Find X9 series will soon support cross-platform file sharing with Apple devices through Quick Share, a feature developed with Google and MediaTek.

With a software update arriving later this month, users will be able to transfer files directly between OPPO smartphones and devices running iOS, iPadOS, and macOS – without installing third-party apps.

The update replaces OPPO’s previous O+Connect solution, which required an iPhone app. The move follows earlier support on Google Pixel 10 phones and signals broader industry adoption, with Qualcomm also working to bring similar functionality to Snapdragon-powered devices.
