The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is rumored to launch later this year and may be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear Elite, according to a tipster on X.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 is expected to keep the Samsung Exynos W1000, the same chip used in the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 7.
This could further separate the Ultra model from Samsung’s regular watches and may even lead to a higher price if the newer Qualcomm chip increases costs.
