HONOR Magic V6 launched in China for $1,302

HONOR has officially launched the HONOR Magic V6 foldable smartphone in China after first unveiling it at MWC 2026. The launch reveals the device’s pricing and positions it against rivals like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The Magic V6 stands out with its ultra-thin design – 8.75 mm folded and just 4 mm unfolded – while weighing 219 g. It features a 7.95-inch 120 Hz inner display and a 6.52-inch 120 Hz cover screen, both supporting high brightness and advanced dimming. Despite its slim body, the phone includes a large battery up to 7,150 mAh and supports 80 W wired and 66 W wireless charging.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, the foldable also offers a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor, 64 MP periscope telephoto and 50 MP ultrawide lens, plus IP68 and IP69 protection.

Pre-orders in China start at CNY 8,999 (about $1,302), with open sales beginning March 13. A global release is expected later this year in select markets, though the device is not planned for the US.
