Dreame Technology is entering several new markets, including smartphones, smart rings, action cameras and even electric vehicles. The company has revealed two smartphone lines: a camera-focused series and a luxury series.
The camera models feature a detachable module with a 1-inch sensor and Wi-Fi, allowing it to work remotely – similar to the lens-style cameras from Sony.
Meanwhile, the luxury phones are built with gold, jewels and handcrafted elements, with prices expected between CNY 70,000 and 100,000 ($10,000–$15,000). Some designs even include a decorative clock on the back, reminiscent of luxury brands like Vertu.
Dreame has also developed its own AI processor, Chixiao 01, offering 200 TOPS of computing power, significantly higher than the Snapdragon X2 Elite at 80 TOPS.
