Samsung has officially sold out its limited-run Galaxy Z TriFold, ending the short life of its expensive triple-folding phone. Buyers are now being redirected to alternatives like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Despite earlier expectations that the TriFold would be a one-off, rumors suggest a Galaxy Z TriFold 2 is in development. The new model could feature a redesigned hinge aimed at making the device thinner and lighter, addressing one of the biggest drawbacks of the original.
Samsung may also bring smaller hinge improvements to future Fold and Flip models, potentially making them slimmer as well. However, the TriFold 2 remains unconfirmed for now.
