Clicks has revealed new details about its upcoming BlackBerry-inspired Communicator smartphone, confirming that it will ship with Android 17 when it launches later this year. The company has also upgraded the battery from the originally planned 4,000mAh to a larger 4,450mAh capacity.
The Communicator remains on track for a Q4 release, with Clicks promising to share more information about its custom software experience and user interface in the coming months. The device is expected to cost $499, with pre-orders currently available through a $199 deposit.
